We carry in stock a comprehensive range of spares, meaning that most of our appliance repairs are carried out at our visit and at your home or on site.  Gates Domestic Services are also Dyson repair specialists and carry a good range of spares. If we do not have it we can order it for you.

Sometimes, we cannot make the appliance repair at our first visit, and rest assured, we will order the parts quickly and return as soon as we can.

If the worst happens and the problem is a big one, we can safely remove your appliance and repair it at our workshop.

Gates also offers a new appliance service, with all top brands offered at competitive prices. Our 1-2-3 free service means that we will delivery, install and remove your old appliance for free.

For Vacuum Cleaners, we offer a free pick up and delivery service and our estimate charge is free. We can also offer  a regular service for your vacuum cleaner. This means that the cleaner will be kept running at maximum efficiency and can help prevent major problems.

Gates don't charge a call out fee if the repair is carried out by us.
